Heroes and villains – ten days to go

It’s been two months in Australia.

India are winless, winless.

Will the tide turn?

Will a billion hearts beat as one?

As they did that night in Mumbai.

First up, the big daddy.

The greatest sporting rivalry of them all.

Divided by a border.

India v Pakistan.

Who becomes a hero? Who is a lifelong villain?

15 February, 2015.

Either way, history will be made.

While you wait, here are a few awesome videos.

Miandad v More (Best standing high jumps ever)

Jadeja v Waqar (the original Jaddu come in to bat 3:35 onwards)

Sohail v Prasad (Completely fooled him with a “faster” ball?)

Sachin v Shoaib and Co. (Baap baap hota hai)

Haha, the Aamer Sohail one cracks me up. Pakistan had that game in the pocket and Aamer had to throw it away. He had been in blistering form throughout the tournament and had he stayed a little calm he could have easily taken Pakistan home. But credit to Prasad, he bowled cleverly, he knew Aamer would look to smash him and in turn changed his length and completely bamboozled Sohail.
